Leah is a professional catering chef with a passion for letting the ingredients shine. She has worked in many aspects of food service and hospitality over the past 15 years. From fine dining at Jax Seafood and True Food Kitchen to fine catering with Footer’s Catering and Special Events. Leah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management from The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Colorado in September 2011.
